Built by automation engineers, for teams without an automation team
TaskSultan was founded by automation engineers who spent years building enterprise-grade automations: the kind that need a licence, a platform team, and a governance committee before they save anyone an hour. Small and mid-sized businesses were left on the wrong side of that threshold.
So we built TaskSultan differently. It is a code-first RPA platform: you describe a process in plain English and get a deterministic automation for web pages, Windows desktop applications and Excel. Developer-friendly like the tools your team already uses, unattended-reliable like an RPA platform, and with no proprietary workflow format. Automations stay readable, reviewable code that you own. If TaskSultan disappears, your automations do not.
Alongside the platform we still do the work the market already trusts us for: UiPath development through our builder service, HRD Corp claimable UiPath and Microsoft Copilot training, and self-hosted AI consultancy for organisations that cannot send data outside their network. Those are real revenue, and they complement the platform rather than define it.
And we are honest about where the platform is: not production-ready, piloted with guidance, and with API, Database and Email execution still on the roadmap.
Code you own
We build a platform whose output is portable code, not a format you have to keep paying us to reach.
Below the licence threshold
We serve the businesses enterprise RPA was never priced for, and we complement the tools they already run.
Evidence over claims
Run records, proven targets and falsification-grade tests: if we cannot show it, we do not write it on a page.
Honest about the stage
The platform is not production-ready, so we onboard through guided pilots and say so before you ask.
