AutoHub is TaskSultan’s alternate Automation Hub experience for teams that do not have UiPath Automation Hub. It does not synchronize with UiPath Automation Hub and does not pretend to be UiPath’s product.
#What an idea contains
An idea has a problem statement, process owner, SME, systems, estimated volume, risk, evidence, assumptions, business case, approval history and linked build artifacts.
#What AutoHub adds
- intake forms designed for a first conversation, not a long RPA questionnaire;
- assessment and prioritisation;
- named ownership and approval gates;
- traceability from evidence to requirement to workflow step;
- a governed handoff to Builder;
- exportable records when the customer needs to continue in UiPath.
AutoHub can connect to Orchestrator for selected operations and metrics when the customer authorises it. That connection is optional and is not required to capture an idea or write a specification.
