For a hosted AutoHub deployment, the customer registers a confidential External Application in UiPath Cloud Administration and supplies the client ID, tenant information and secret through AutoHub’s secure connection form.
The secret is encrypted before storage and is never returned to the browser. AutoHub should request only the scopes needed for the selected features. A connection can be tested, revoked and replaced by the customer’s UiPath administrator.
This setup is optional for Scribe and idea management. It is needed only for the Orchestrator operations and insights that require authenticated access.
#Lifecycle
The customer can test, revoke or replace the connection without changing AutoHub records.
#Failure handling
If a scope or entitlement is unavailable, AutoHub reports the feature as unavailable and keeps the rest of the workspace usable.
See UiPath permissions before granting access.
