#The UiPath connection says not found
Check that AutoHub is using the correct tenant and that the External Application exists in the customer’s UiPath organization. Confirm the redirect URL, secret and granted scopes. A browser link to UiPath Cloud cannot automatically select the correct tenant screen for every organization.
#The transcript is empty
Check that the meeting was recorded or transcribed, that the file is complete and that the selected language is supported. Try local transcription from the media file when the meeting provider’s transcript is unavailable.
#Builder asks for more evidence
This usually means a requirement is ambiguous, a target was not captured or a credential is intentionally missing. Resolve the open question or add a customer-approved target observation; do not invent a selector or secret.
#Orchestrator metrics are unavailable
Check the External Application scopes, the customer’s plan entitlement, tenant selection and the last refresh timestamp. AutoHub should show unavailable rather than silently presenting partial numbers.
#Escalation
When a problem depends on UiPath account state, check the customer’s UiPath administrator and the official UiPath documentation.
#Evidence
Include the tenant, feature, timestamp and exact error when escalating a problem.
